legal cost cannot recover unless order is granted. Common fund is one kind of cost assesing method. It uses in all reasonable amount in respect of all reasonabl cost incurred. There are some unusal feature before the case. Usual use for the loss party who is legal aid and the cost is paid by legal aid fund (not paid by litigant). There are 80-90% of cost and disbursement can recover. i) charging order (for land/property only) ii) garnishee order (order inform garnishee the debts owned by the judgment debtor and not to pay for him; attend the court hearing) iii) garnishee order iv) writ of fi fa (bailiff sezied goods - sell the goods - proceed to pay for judgment creditor) v) writ of fi fa
