minimum wage is a price floor,there will be exceed supply of labour,firms then can have more choice,they will not choose minorities. in the past ,they retained them because of a lower wage payment.Now,the wage payment has set to be as high as local labour,they won't retain them anymore. due to these reasons,minorities will find it more difficult to find jobs,which in terms indicate that the discrimination against them increase from unequal job opportunities.其他解答:
