Dear VV, my experience in Traivan may help since this game also has many servers. For instance, I co-play with other guys in Travian Server 1 and the coins were used up. Then another friend, who has just completed Server 5, possessed over 300 coins which were unused and he has decided to opt out of the game. What and how can he help us? He simply send messages to Traivan via the given Customer Service button, and then highlight our account name in Server 1 that he wants to transfer all coins in, and then input the password twice for confirmation. One day later, all his 300+ coins were shifted to our accounts and then we could use for construction faster. If you are the account owner, you can follow the procedures similarly to shift the coins to another a/c. But you need to take initiative as you are the coin owners and without your permission, the server cannot take your own coins out of the a/c for another person who claims you have agreed doing so.
